directcases.com collects shop reviews through Trusted Shops. Trusted Shops is an independent European company. Its review platform eTrusted lets customers rate their experience with our shop: ordering, delivery and customer service.
How we collect shop reviews
After you place an order, you may receive an email invitation from Trusted Shops (eTrusted) to review your experience with directcases.com. Only customers who placed an order receive an invitation. That way every invited review is linked to a real order.
Writing a review is voluntary. We do not pay for reviews and do not give discounts or other rewards in return for a review.
How shop reviews are checked
Trusted Shops publishes the shop reviews on its own platform and checks them under its own rules. Positive and negative reviews are published alike. directcases.com cannot change or delete a review. We can reply to a review publicly, and we can report a review that breaks Trusted Shops' rules; Trusted Shops then decides.
Your data
Trusted Shops SE (Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln, Germany) sends the invitations on our behalf. For this we share your email address, order number and order date with Trusted Shops. We do this based on our legitimate interest in collecting honest reviews. Every invitation contains a link to stop receiving invitations. Read more in our privacy policy.
Product reviews
Reviews of individual products on our product pages are collected and checked by directcases.com itself, not by Trusted Shops. They also include reviews from verified buyers in other shops of our company. Read how in our review terms.
Returns, withdrawal and guarantee
