Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use directcases.com, including people with a disability. This statement explains what we do, where the shop is not yet fully accessible, and how to report a problem.
Our goal
We aim for directcases.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard the European Accessibility Act refers to.
What we already do
Our pages state their language, have one main heading and a link to skip straight to the content.
You can zoom in on every page, and the shop works on phones, tablets and computers.
Images have a text alternative or are marked as decorative.
Our customer service helps you by email, contact form or chat, in your language.
Known limits
The shop has not yet been checked by an independent accessibility expert. We know that:
some buttons that show only an icon, such as the + and − buttons for the quantity, do not yet have a text label for screen readers;
we have not yet checked the accessibility of parts of the shop provided by other companies, such as the payment page and the chat window, or of our returns portal.
Your reports help us improve the shop.
