About us

directcases.com is an online shop for phone and tablet cases and other mobile accessories, such as chargers. We send every order from our own warehouse in Haarlem, the Netherlands, to customers across Europe.

Fast shipping across Europe

Order before 21:00 (Amsterdam time; 20:00 Irish time) on a working day and we ship your order the same day. Delivery to Ireland usually takes 3 to 9 working days, depending on the shipping method you choose.

Standard shipping is free on orders from €30. Below €30, and for delivery by DPD, you pay the shipping cost shown at checkout. Read more under Shipping & delivery.

60 days to return

Changed your mind? You have 60 days after receiving your order to register your return in our returns portal, and then 14 days to send it to us. We refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. We do not exchange items.

For a return for a refund, we deduct €3.50 from the amount we refund. Returning a faulty, damaged or wrong item is free. Read more under Returns.

Help in your language

Our customer service team answers email and chat in your language, with the help of machine translation. Email us at support@directcases.com, use our contact form, or chat with us Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:15 and from 13:15 to 17:05 (Amsterdam time; that is 07:30–11:15 and 12:15–16:05 Irish time).

We reply within one working day. We are closed at weekends and on Dutch public holidays.

Who we are

directcases.com is the trading name of RR Commerce Europe B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. Our office and warehouse are in Haarlem. From there, our team packs and ships orders on every working day.
