Ordering
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
Go to the product you want.
Add it to your shopping cart.
Keep shopping, or go to the checkout to complete your order.
Enter your details and choose a shipping method and a payment method.
When you click "Order and pay" at the end of checkout, you place a binding order.
Want to change something? Email support@directcases.com right away. Because we ship on the same working day, a change is only possible before your order ships.
You receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
We ship your order: order before 21:00 (Amsterdam time) on a working day and it leaves our warehouse the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders from €30 (after discounts). Below that, the shipping price shown at checkout applies. Upgrades such as tracked letterbox post or DPD are not included in free shipping. All prices include VAT. See Shipping & delivery for all prices and delivery times.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Want to change or cancel an order you've placed? Contact our customer service by live chat or email as soon as possible. During opening hours, live chat is best, so we can process your cancellation straight away. Because we ship quickly, we can't always stop an order. Has it already shipped? Then you can return it through our returns portal within 60 days.
When will my product be delivered?
Each product page shows whether the product is in stock and how long delivery takes. Ordering several products? Then go by the longest delivery time.
My product has become more expensive. Is that right?
Our prices can change daily, for example when our purchase price changes. So a price can go up, but also down. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
